HMS Queen Elizabeth and ships from the UK Carrier Strike Group (CSG) have begun their training exercise off the coast of Scotland.
The warships, including the Royal Navy's flagship aircraft carrier, are taking part in Exercise Strike Warrior, which will last two weeks.
It is the last training exercise for HMS Queen Elizabeth ahead of her first deployment with the CSG, which will see the fleet of ships travel to Asia.
The huge aircraft carrier left her base in Portsmouth on May 1 along with two destroyers.
All will form part of the CSG and left their city base to to see the ships depart.
They are now involved in Strike Warrior, off the coast of Scotland, an "intense" training exercise that will mirror a broad range of crisis and conflict situations.
The training exercise got under way over the weekend (May 8 and 9).....
